Free Fire Account Stolen - Banned for Nothing

Hello Garena Free Fire Support Team, About a month ago, someone stole my Free Fire account (UID: 1767633766, in-game name: NV TUFAN FF). I got it back using Google, but I found out that it had been banned due of what the unauthorized person did. I think the hacker's actions, not mine, led to the ban. If needed, I can show you records that substantiate this. Please go into my case thoroughly and lift the ban. Losing this account since it was stolen is really bad for me. Thanks.
