I always play the game fairly and within the rules. Despite this, my account was banned as if I were using a modification, which I believe is a mistake in your detection system. I have spent real money on this account and invested a lot of time and effort into developing it. Because of this ban, I have lost access to all the items, characters and purchases on my account.
