Free Fire Account Banned for Modifier Despite No Hacks or Cheats

I am writing regarding the sudden permanent suspension of my Free Fire account on Android. On 7 September, when I tried to log in, I saw an in‑game message stating that my account had been permanently suspended for “Using a modifier”. The suspended account details are UID 2997818443 and nickname Ꮜթ70ㅤᎪㅤᎷㅤᎪㅤN, and it is linked to the email address upaman***@gmail.com. The game region shown on the suspension screen is India. I have never used any modifier panel, hack, script or other cheating tool on this account. For this reason, I believe that the permanent ban is a mistake and that my account has been unfairly suspended. I have also attached the screenshot of the in‑game suspension notice as proof of the situation, but I have not received any response from support so far. I kindly request that my account be investigated in detail, including logs and security records, and that the permanent suspension be removed so that I can continue playing Free Fire with my account.
