I am writing to report that my Free Fire account has been hacked and subsequently banned without my knowledge or consent. My in‑game name is “DakuChku”. Until today my account was secure and in my control, but today someone gained unauthorized access to it, along with my linked Gmail and phone number. After this unauthorized access, the hacker appears to have used my account in a way that led to it being banned. I did not perform any of the actions that caused this ban, and I have now completely lost access to my Free Fire account as well as the game progress connected to it. I request that my account be thoroughly checked for suspicious activity, that the ban applied due to the hacker’s actions be removed, and that access to my Free Fire account “DakuChku” be restored to me as the rightful owner. I also ask that any necessary security measures be taken so that my Gmail, phone number, and game account are protected from further unauthorized access.
