FF Account Hacked and Banned - UID Recovery Issue

My Free Fire account (UID: 3130103480) was taken from me and subsequently banned. I’ve invested significant time and money into that account, and it’s really frustrating to lose access without any clear explanation. I reached out to Garena support, but I haven't gotten any meaningful assistance yet. I simply want my account restored and the ban removed, as I've consistently played by the rules and maintained fair play.
