Appeal for Hacked and Banned Free Fire Account Recovery

Someone took my Free Fire account (UID: 2358622557) and then Garena banned it, which made me very sad and helpless. I worked hard on this account for a long time, therefore it feels unjust that I can't get to it anymore. I've tried to get help from Garena's support team, but thus far they haven't been able to help me. I simply want my account returned and some peace of mind that these kinds of problems will be dealt with better in the future.
