My account has been banned for about two years, and when I previously contacted Garena Support, I was informed that the ban is permanent. I would like to clearly state that I have never used any third-party applications, hacks, or illegal scripts to gain an unfair advantage in the game, and I have always tried to follow the Garena Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. I have invested a great deal of time and effort into this account, and I sincerely believe that this permanent ban is a mistake.
