I Was Pressured by GamerMarkt Over a Clash Royale Account I Sold Before

I have successfully sold three different accounts on Gamermarkt without any issues until my most recent transaction, where the platform’s approach was completely disproportionate, pressuring, and far from a solution. A Clash Royale account I had previously sold appeared later on another platform under a different username, and without knowing its history, I purchased it secondhand. At the time of purchase, it was impossible for me to realize that the account had once been sold by me. However, Gamermarkt blocked the sale, claiming “you cannot resell an account you previously sold,” and demanded that I either return the account or pay ₺9,100. This demand has no technical or legal basis—the account was not reclaimed, the buyer was not harmed, and I did not intervene in any way. Despite this, the platform tried to pressure me by claiming game companies would present documents in court, which is not true since account sales are explicitly prohibited in games like Clash Royale and the companies do not involve themselves in such transactions. More troubling, Gamermarkt shut down communication, instructing me not to send any messages “other than for returns,” effectively silencing me. This behavior is oppressive, dismissive of user rights, and far from solution-oriented. Any platform that claims to ensure safe digital trade must first listen to its users and make decisions based on technical data. I demand that Gamermarkt cancel its refund demand and resolve my grievance.
