Metin2 Wrongful Ban - Multi-Account & External Software Claim

All of my Metin2 TR server accounts (ahmetk***[email protected], volkanbey199***@gmail.com, merto***[email protected], volkanbey19973***@gmail.com, karpuzcurei***@gmail.com, karpuzcu5***@gmail.com) were wrongfully banned at the same time on August 27, 2025. The ban was based on "use of external software," but I have never used any such software or robotic tools. From the information I was given, it seemed like "software automating logins and logouts" was found. I did not use any of those kinds of automation, though, and I have video proof of this. All of my logins and logouts were done by hand, and they were all done quickly enough for a person to do. If you need me to, I'm happy to give these papers again and even show them to you. Additionally, I have told the support team why these quick logins and logouts happened and given proof, but these explanations have not been taken into account. Also, I was told that my tickets would be closed if I didn't get an answer, and my appeals haven't been looked at properly. A customer service worker told me, "You say you played with 130 different accounts and didn't use any other software." This statement is based on an assumption that is based on bias rather than a technical study. Managing more than one account does not mean you need to use outside tools. This method makes it very clear that an objective and fair review was not done. I've worked hard on this game for many years, and both my financial and personal accomplishments can be seen in these accounts. It is very unfair that all of this work was thrown out because of one bad choice. Because of this, I want this case to be looked at carefully and fairly using the proof, details, and vids I've given, and I need my accounts to be restored as soon as possible.
