I play Gladiatus on server il66 under the character name MyMo0NKeY. On October 6, 2026, I received approximately 20–25 attacks in the Arena battle reports from a player named jandelichte, who belongs to the [anımals] alliance on server il64, all within the same day. Despite being on different servers, the attacks came at such frequent intervals, almost in rapid succession, that the pattern seemed abnormal and inconsistent with normal human gameplay. It raised concerns that the player might be using an automated bot program. The amounts of gold looted also provide no reasonable explanation for why this player would specifically target me.

I reported the situation to the game administrators multiple times through the in-game support system, providing screenshots of the battle reports and explaining the issue in clear, simple terms. However, each time, I received the same canned response stating that the attack restriction rule had been removed on October 24, 2017, that players could make five attacks each in the Arena and Circus Turma, and that subsequent attacks would not yield any rewards. This response merely repeated a general game rule that was already well known and completely ignored the specific issue I reported. Dismissing my report with an automated response, without even considering whether 20–25 attacks from the same player in one day across different servers warranted an investigation, left me feeling mistreated as a player and deeply disappointed.

My main complaint concerns the failure of the official identified as Admin V***** and the relevant management team to fulfill their responsibilities. Despite providing clear server and account details, battle reports, and player names, no meaningful investigation has been conducted, and no apparent action has been taken to investigate or penalize the players we report. This lack of attention and reliance on automated replies not only reinforces my suspicion that jandelichte may be using a bot, but also discourages players like me who try to follow the rules from continuing to play the game.

I request that the Gladiatus management team thoroughly investigate this incident involving my MyMo0NKeY account on server il66 and conduct a serious review of the jandelichte character on server il64, focusing on the attack frequency and the possibility of bot usage. If any rule violations are confirmed, I expect appropriate disciplinary action to be taken. I also expect the support team, particularly Admin V*****, to review complaints based on the specific facts of each case rather than relying on canned responses, and to provide clear, informative, and satisfactory explanations.
