I Face Wrongful Ban on PUBG Mobile Android Account Despite No Rule Violation

On September 1, 2025, at 22:53, my PUBG Mobile Android account (username: 64mami) was suddenly banned with the reason listed as “suspicious activity” or “prediction ban.” I was shocked because I have never violated any game rules or engaged in unfair play. Despite being a long-time player with a clean record, my access was abruptly cut off, leaving me completely locked out of my account.

This ban has caused me serious frustration and loss, especially considering that I have invested nearly ₺30,000 into this account over time through in-game purchases. I have been playing without issues for years, and this is the first time I have ever experienced such an unfair ban. At this point, I have not yet been able to reach the PUBG Mobile support team for assistance, but I expect them to act quickly.

I am demanding that my account be reinstated immediately and that a thorough investigation be conducted into why this wrongful ban was issued in the first place. Players who spend significant money and time on the game deserve better transparency and fairness. I urge PUBG Mobile to review my case without delay and restore my account access so I can continue playing on the platform I have supported for years.
