Counter-Strike 2 Community Server Owner Issues Arbitrary Bans

I am experiencing an unfair situation due to the arbitrary behavior of the owner of the “Mad Aim” community server in Counter-Strike 2, located at 185.193.165.102:27015. We connect to this server normally through the game using Steam-approved access, but the server owner appears to ban and mute players arbitrarily, seriously affecting their enjoyment of the game.

On September 11, 2026, at around 4:25 AM, I was unfairly penalized and removed from the game even though I had not insulted anyone or violated any rules. I have also seen other players being banned or muted without any apparent reason. These actions are taken without any warning, without clearly stating a set of rules, and without providing a specific reason, which I believe is unfair and significantly harms the gaming experience.

I believe that arbitrary punishments should not be imposed on a community server accessible through Steam, and that players should at least be informed about which rule they allegedly violated and have an opportunity to appeal unfair actions. I request that these practices, which I believe violate community standards, be investigated, that appropriate action be taken regarding the server owner's arbitrary bans and mutes, and that any unfairly imposed penalties be removed.
