My Steam Account Got Hacked, Can't Reach Support

I had not used my Steam account for years, and after changing cities due to life conditions and family reasons, and trying to start a new life, I logged back into my account this summer, around August. I wanted to open my old account and play Counter-Strike, which I used to play in my childhood, and I was able to enter the game without any problems for a few days. Shortly afterwards, I started receiving warnings that “someone else may have accessed your account, and soon I completely lost access to my account. Although it was stated that there was a suspicion that my account had been stolen, I did not experience any concrete situation showing that someone else actually accessed my account. Despite this, my account was closed, and my access was blocked. I opened a support ticket to Steam Support, but since all my old credit cards are now closed, I could not provide the card information they requested. Instead, I shared my long‑standing unchanged password, my old e‑mail address, and my account details, but my account was still not reopened, and my request was even closed. My current account name is “selamiiiseriii,” and the registered e‑mail address is “barisbugraakc***@gmail.com. The reference number of my last support ticket is HT-82HV-DKFP-Y6KF. If someone had really stolen my account, I do not understand how that person could know my old Gmail address and this level of personal detail. I clearly feel victimized in this situation, and the issue has remained unresolved for months. While I am trying to rebuild my life in a new city, not being able to access the Steam account that I have invested years of effort and memories in makes things even more difficult for me. I request that my Steam account be reactivated, that my ticket be examined in detail, and that, after the necessary checks, it be confirmed that I am the real owner of the account. I also ask that my inability to provide my old card information not result in my permanently losing access to my account.

For about a month, I have been trying to log back into my old Steam account, which I have not used in years. However, I no longer have access to the registered email address or phone number, which prevents me from signing in. Since my old phone number is no longer active, I cannot receive the mobile...

My Steam account was stolen, and despite providing all the necessary information to Steam Support—including my card details, purchase history, and anything else they might need to verify my ownership—I have received no response. I submitted a ticket through their official support system and included...

I strongly believe my Steam account has been hacked. I can no longer log in, and when I tried to reset my password, I discovered that my email address, phone number, and possibly even my username have all been changed. I’ve completely lost access to every recovery method linked to the account. This...

My Steam account has been stolen, and it seems the person who took it has likely changed the email address linked to the account. As a result, I can’t log in or even view my username. I had purchased several games, and now I can't access any of them. This is incredibly frustrating, as I was just abo...
