Gameforge Blocks Metin2 Ruby Account neruıbey Without Clear Violation Reason

My account named neruıbey, which I play on the Metin2 Ruby server (Lucifer CH), was banned today without any reason being provided. While in the game, I was merely farming Metin stones and spinning the Wheel of Destiny; I did not engage in any activity that could be considered a rule violation. Despite this, my access to the account was suddenly terminated.

This is the first time my account has been blocked like this; I have never received a prior warning or temporary ban before. Furthermore, when I attempt to open a ticket through the Gameforge support system, I encounter the error message "An error occurred during your request. Please try again. (code: 1009)," making it impossible for me to receive support through official channels.

I demand that the reason for my account ban be clearly disclosed to me, that a detailed review of my account be conducted, and that this ban—which I believe was issued unfairly—be lifted to restore my access to the game. Additionally, I request a technical investigation and resolution for the error code 1009 encountered on the support system login.
