I Was Charged without Consent by Freelancer and I Want a Full Refund

Freelancer.com charged my credit card $10 without my knowledge or permission. I never authorized this payment, never received any confirmation email, OTP, or notification, and there is no record of any consent from my side.
I was shocked when I noticed the unauthorized transaction. I checked my Apple purchase history and bank statement—there’s a clear deduction, but no corresponding action or service on my Freelancer account to justify it.
I have full proof: transaction details, bank statement, and screenshots. Yet, Freelancer is making it impossible to reach real support or process a refund.
I demand an immediate refund of the money charged without consent. This is unacceptable. You cannot just take money from users’ accounts without any notice or approval. This needs to be resolved urgently, and your payment authorization process must be reviewed.
