Fiverr Closed My Account and Took $222 Without Reason
I joined the Fiverr platform as a freelancer on June 7, 2024. My account was registered with the email address “b********@gmail.com.” Yesterday, I tried to verify my bank card in order to start receiving jobs and payments. However, $222 was withdrawn from my account, and shortly after, my Fiverr account was closed without any explanation. I did not receive any notification or reason for this action.
I attempted to contact Fiverr customer service, but I did not get a solution — in fact, the transaction was carried out by customer service itself. I also filed a dispute with the bank that issued my card.
Since I never received any services in return, I demand a full refund of the $222 taken from my account as soon as possible. I also request urgent clarification regarding this matter and expect my grievance to be resolved.
