I Got Charged by Freelancer Without Consent and Still Haven’t Received My Refund

I’m seriously disappointed with Freelancer.com. They withdrew a fee from my account without my approval, and despite my ...repeated attempts to resolve it, they have not issued any refund. I didn’t authorize this charge, and I never agreed to any paid plan or service that would result in a deduction.
