I Got Charged by Freelancer Without Consent and Still Haven’t Received My Refund

I’m seriously disappointed with Freelancer.com. They withdrew a fee from my account without my approval, and despite my repeated attempts to resolve it, they have not issued any refund. I didn’t authorize this charge, and I never agreed to any paid plan or service that would result in a deduction.

This money is very important to me, and having it taken without notice or permission is completely unacceptable. I even have a screenshot as evidence of the transaction and my account history. Freelancer continues to deny any responsibility, and customer support is completely unhelpful.

This situation has stressed me out and made me lose all trust in the platform. If I don’t receive my refund soon, I’ll have to take further steps. Freelancer must refund my money immediately and fix the way they handle user billing and support.
