Freelancer.com Charged Without My Permission—I Demand a Full Refund Now

I signed up for Freelancer.com just to explore the platform, but to my shock, they withdrew $10 from my card without my knowledge or consent. I never authorized any payment, nor did I receive any SMS, confirmation, or email asking for approval. I never requested a premium membership or any paid service, so there’s no excuse for this unauthorized charge.
This feels like a misleading and unfair tactic that preys on unsuspecting users. It’s unacceptable for a global platform to charge users without clear communication or approval. I’m left frustrated and disappointed by the lack of transparency.
I demand an immediate refund of the amount charged and expect Freelancer.com to stop unauthorized billing and implement better user consent mechanisms. I urge others to be cautious before registering.
