Freecash Withdrawal Suspension

On July 6, I was informed that my withdrawals on Freecash were frozen. Since then, I have not been able to access or withdraw my balance. I contacted Freecash support and was told that, after a review, they determined I had violated their terms and conditions. However, despite my requests for clarification, they have not been able to tell me which specific terms I allegedly violated or how I violated them. I believe this situation is unfair, as I am being restricted without a clear or transparent explanation. I request that my balance be paid out in full, that my account be fully restored, and that my withdrawals be unfrozen, or at the very least that I receive a clear and detailed explanation of any concrete violation based on their terms and conditions.
