Freecash Froze My Account and Denied My $70 Withdrawal

I earned a total of approximately $70 by playing games on the Freecash website. In order to withdraw my earnings, I completed the required identity verification fully and correctly. Despite this, the system falsely claimed that the verification was not completed and rejected my withdrawal request within about 7 minutes.

Today, around 2:15 AM, not only was my withdrawal request denied, but my account was also frozen immediately afterward. Even though I sent multiple messages to support through the site, I received no response at all—not even a basic reply. There has been no information provided about why my request was denied, why my account was frozen, or what will happen to the money I earned.

The email address linked to my Freecash account is n*******@gmail.com. Even though I completed identity verification, I believe my withdrawal request was unfairly rejected and my account was frozen without justification. I request that the $70 I earned be paid out to me, that my account access be restored, and that I receive a clear and written explanation regarding this situation.
