Freecash Refuses Withdrawal After Suspending Account

My Freecash account has been suspended for about six months without any clear reason being provided, and because of this, I am unable to withdraw the $16.88 balance in my account. I did not perform any actions that violate the rules. I only invited a friend using my referral link. I completed tasks on the app, and my friend also completed tasks through their own account after clicking my referral link, which allowed both of us to earn rewards.
This entire process took place fully within the referral and reward system provided by the platform. Despite this, I was told that my account was suspended due to a rule violation. I believe this is unfair, and I have never been clearly informed about what specific action is considered a violation.
When I contacted the support team, I was told that I would be helped within 48 hours, but despite a long period of time passing, no solution has been provided, and my account remains suspended.
I am requesting that my account be reviewed in detail, that the suspension be lifted if it was applied unfairly, and that the necessary steps be taken so I can withdraw my $16.88 balance.
