Freecash PayPal Withdrawal Still On Hold After Verification Completed

I am writing to report a problem I am experiencing with my withdrawal on Freecash via PayPal. My money has been on hold for three days, even though the system showed that my verification was completed. Despite this, I was later told that my verification was not accepted and my funds remain paused. I have already contacted support, but they still refuse to release my money. I earned this balance fairly and it took me a lot of time and effort to accumulate it, so it is very upsetting not to be able to receive it. I request that my withdrawal be reviewed again and that my funds be released to my PayPal account as soon as possible, or that I am given a clear and justified explanation for why my money is being held despite the verification status saying it was completed.
