Freecash Froze My Account When I Tried to Withdraw $110
I have been using Freecash for a long time, completing tasks and building up my balance until I reached $110. On August 9, the same day I tried to withdraw this balance in cryptocurrency, my account was frozen without any explanation and I was blocked from accessing the site.
I was not given any warning, violation notice, or explanation. I was not provided with any specific information indicating that I had violated the Terms of Service, nor was I given any guidance that would help me understand what I allegedly did wrong.
I tried to resolve the issue by submitting a support ticket through the website, contacting Freecash by email, and reaching out through its social media accounts. However, I have not received a response through any of these channels and have been unable to reach anyone who can help.
I request that Freecash clearly explain why my account was frozen, that my account be reinstated if the action against it was unjustified, and that the $110 balance I earned be paid to me through a cryptocurrency withdrawal.
