Freecash Did Not Pay My Puzzle Chaos Reward

I completed the Burning Rewards "Reach Castle 30 in 90 days" task for the Puzzle Chaos: Frozen Castle app through Freecash on May 25, 2026. I spent my own money in order to complete this offer. The task description stated that if the task was not completed on time, the reward would decrease by €5 every 72 hours. However, even though I completed the task within the required time, my reward was not approved, and the amount kept decreasing automatically in the system. The reward should have been €88.84, but it dropped to €82.04.

My Freecash username is Ahmet, and the email address on my account is a*********@Gmail.com**. I tried contacting support multiple times through the in-app support section, but I kept receiving bot responses. Most recently, the AI support section told me that the reward was being held by the system and would be released on May 27, but even after that date passed, the reward was still not added to my account.

I completed the task on time and exactly as required, yet I am still being made to wait and feel unfairly penalized. I request that the full reward amount of €88.84 for the Burning Rewards "Reach Castle 30" task be credited to my Freecash account without any further delay or deduction.
