Freecash Removed My Earnings And Support Button Does Not Work

I have been using Freecash from the United States and have recently experienced serious problems with my account balance and missing rewards. Over the last week or so, I noticed that my balance decreased twice right after I completed offers, even though no withdrawals were made. I took screenshots of these changes as proof. In particular, on April 4th I realized that I never received the reward for the Steak US account offer. This offer had been stuck buffering for about two months from the time I downloaded it, and despite completing it and waiting, I was never funded. I also have screenshots showing this situation. In addition to the balance decreasing after offers and the missing reward for the Steak US offer, I am unable to contact support through the application. The help or support button in the app does not respond when I press it, so I cannot open a ticket or communicate with anyone about these issues. I have invested a lot of time into completing offers on Freecash, and it is very frustrating and disappointing not to receive the correct winnings and also not to be able to reach support about it. My Freecash username is “zaymsson***” and the email address linked to my account is “zaymason***@gmail.com”. I request that my Freecash account be checked in detail, that the missing rewards, especially the Steak US offer and the amounts lost after completing offers, be credited back to my balance, and that the error with the in‑app help button be resolved so that I can access support when needed. I kindly ask you to review my screenshots and transaction history, restore my missing credits, and provide a clear explanation of what happened with my balance.
