Freecash Support Won’t Explain Why My 15 USDT Referral Reward Is Blocked
I’ve been a Freecash user for a long time. For about 5 months, my 15 USDT referral reward has not been paid to me. I can use my account normally, but a restriction was placed on my account for the referral system, and the referral payment I had already earned was not credited to my balance. During this process, I contacted support many times through both email and live chat. Even though I asked why the payment was not made and what the reason was for the referral ban, my questions were brushed off with vague responses like “the system.” I was not given a concrete explanation, and the issue has not been resolved.
