Freebitco Withdrawal Pending - No Support Response

On 26 November 2025 I requested a withdrawal of 0.3389 BTC from my freebitco.in account to my Binance wallet. As of today, this withdrawal is still in “pending” status and has not been processed. I previously made successful withdrawals from freebitco.in, for example in February 2025, so this long and unexplained delay is unusual and worrying for me. I have contacted freebitco.in customer support many times about this issue, but I have not received any reply or clarification to any of my messages. This amount is a significant sum for me, and the lack of communication increases my concern about the safety of my funds. I request that my 0.3389 BTC withdrawal to Binance be processed immediately, or, if there is any problem, that I be clearly informed about the reason and the expected resolution time. I expect my funds to be secured and the withdrawal issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
