Free Fire Max UID Permanently Banned for Hacking

I writing regarding my Free Fire account which has been permanently suspended for abnormal activities, even though I did not personally use any hacks or cheats. I play on an Android device, and my banned account is in the Singapore region with UID 6855126834 and the nickname is “sheees-ph”. According to the suspension notice, the ban is permanent, and as far as I remember it happened around November 2023. In 2023 my account was banned for hacking, but at that time my account had been hacked by someone else. I had been deceived by a person who told me that if I shared my account password, I would get diamonds, and I believe that is when my account was compromised and used for illegal activities without my knowledge. I deeply regret trusting that person and sharing my password, but I did not myself install or use any cheats. I have already contacted Garena support about this situation but I have not received my account back. I kindly requesting that you re-check the logs and review my case carefully, and if possible unban and restore my Free Fire account so that I can continue playing on my original account. I also hope that the real hacker who misused my account is the one who remain banned, not me as the legitimate owner. I respectfully ask you to reconsider this permanent suspension and to give my account a second chance.
