I am a Free Fire Max player and am facing a serious issue with my main account. My Free Fire Max ID 693786199 was banned for 30 days on January 15. As of today, February 14, the ban has been lifted, but my original account is no longer accessible and appears to be completely lost.
Before the ban, my account was linked to both my Facebook login and my Gmail address (babut7***@gmail.com). After the ban was lifted, when I try to log in using the same Facebook account, the game creates a new account instead of restoring my original one. I am also unable to recover my old ID using the Gmail address that was previously linked. In both cases, the system treats it as a brand-new account rather than bringing back my original profile.
I used to play on this account for 5–6 hours daily and spent approximately ₹30,000–₹35,000 on top-ups and in-game purchases. Losing this account after a temporary ban has caused both financial loss and emotional distress, as I invested significant time and money into it.
I respectfully request assistance in recovering my original Free Fire Max account with ID 693786199, which was linked to my Facebook and the Gmail address listed above. I want my original account, along with all data and purchases, to be fully restored as soon as possible.
