Free Fire MAX Account Recovery Request After Friend Used Hack

I am writing about a problem with my Free Fire Max account, which is linked to my Google account. On 9 September, my friend used a hack file on my account without my permission. After this, my account was banned and suspended. Because of this ban, I have lost access to my Free Fire Max account and cannot play the game. I contacted Free Fire Max / Garena support about this situation, but my problem has still not been solved. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail, the ban be removed if possible, and my access to my Google-linked Free Fire Max account be restored, as the hack file was used by my friend and not by me.
