Free Fire MAX 1v1 Matchmaking Failed With MM9 Error

Free Fire MAX 1v1 Matchmaking Failed With MM9 Error
73

I am having continuous matchmaking problems in Free Fire MAX on my Samsung Galaxy A25 Android phone. My in‑game nickname is “dannybrain9”. Whenever I try to play 1v1 matches, I regularly receive an error message saying “ERROR – Corresponding player pool not found. Matchmaking failed. (MM9)” and I cannot join the game. This situation has been happening every day and is preventing me from enjoying and playing the game normally. I am not using any third‑party tools and I am just trying to play regular 1v1 matches, but the system either restricts me or shows this matchmaking error. I do not know how to reach in‑game support properly, so I am explaining my issue here with a screenshot of the error screen. I kindly request that my account and device be checked, that the matchmaking error and any possible restriction on my account be removed, and that I can play 1v1 and other modes without problems again. If possible, I also request compensation for the time I have not been able to play because of this ongoing error.
