My Free Fire ID Was Banned For 7 Days Without Any Reason

I want to clearly state that I have never used any hacks, unauthorized tools, glitches, modified or cosmetic files, emulators, or any other third‑party software on my account. I always try to follow the game rules and respect the Free Fire community guidelines. Today I tried to log in and saw that my account was suspended and later permanently banned. I do not understand the specific reason for this decision and I believe there may have been a mistake or a misunderstanding regarding my account activity. I kindly request that you review my account in detail and investigate the reason for the permanent ban. If, after your review, you find that my account was banned incorrectly, I respectfully ask that you remove the ban and restore full access to my account as soon as possible so that I can continue playing today.
