Free Fire Bunny Ring Event Grand Prize Not Received After 1500 Diamonds

I am a Free Fire player from India using an Android device, and I am writing about an issue I experienced with the Bunny Ring event. Yesterday I spent a total of 1500 diamonds in this event specifically to try to obtain the grand prize related to the Mastermind Bundle. Despite using this large amount of diamonds, I did not receive the grand prize from the Bunny Ring event. I am attaching a screenshot showing the Bunny Ring and the Mastermind Bundle screen as proof of the event I participated in. After realizing I did not get the grand prize, I contacted Free Fire customer support, but so far I have not received any response. I request that you review my account and my participation in the Bunny Ring event on the mentioned date and either grant me the grand prize I should have a fair chance to win or refund the 1500 diamonds I spent. I kindly ask you to resolve this issue as soon as possible so that I can continue playing Free Fire with confidence in the fairness of in-game events.
