I got a scent from FragranceNet yet I have a change of heart and wish to send it back. What is the return policy?

FragranceNet accepts returns of unopened merchandise, except for Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup items, provided they are in their original condition, including the original packaging and packing slip. This should be done within 30 days of receiving the product, and your refund will be issued in full, minus shipping charges.

When returning perfumes, it's necessary to ensure they are in their original packaging with the crystal film covering the perfume box still sealed.

Please note that shipping costs for the return will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on FragranceNet's part.
