Fossil Watches Break Easily – Disappointed with Quality and Lack of Longevity

I’m truly fed up with the issues I’ve encountered with Fossil watches. The first watch I bought, shown in the picture, lasted about 4-5 years before it started leaking water, with no repair options available. I thought maybe it was just bad luck or user error, so I gave Fossil another chance and bought a second watch. Now, less than a year later, this one has also broken and is currently in for repairs.

I don’t understand why I’m paying so much for watches that don’t last. Meanwhile, my spouse has used a Swatch for nearly 10 years, and it’s barely needed a battery change, let alone repairs. I’m done with Fossil and will not be buying another watch from them.
