Fossil Backpack Zipper Issue Unresolved After Repair Attempt

I purchased a Fossil backpack, but the zipper broke, so I sent it to the company for repairs. When it was returned, I was informed that the repair had been completed. However, the store staff immediately noticed that the repair hadn’t actually been done. A return request was then initiated. I purchased this bag for 907₺ last year, and now the same item costs between 2,700 and 3,000₺ due to currency fluctuations. Given the significant price increase over the year, I am requesting that Fossil address this issue fairly and compensate me for the inconvenience and price difference.
