Forever 21 Fails To Deliver Dress & Provides Poor Shipping
On March 5th, I ordered a Satin Lace-Up Maxi Dress from Forever 21. I'm still waiting for the dress to arrive, and it seems like there are so many other people who are also experiencing delays with their deliveries, as I've seen numerous complaints on Google. Getting in touch with customer service is a real challenge. After finally getting through to a representative, they assured me that the dress would arrive within two days. But that turned out to be false, and I still haven't gotten the dress. Unfortunately, Forever 21 does not provide live chat support, and their mobile app seems to have some technical issues. I'm really let down by Forever 21. I need my dress delivered ASAP. Their customer service is absolutely awful, and their mobile app is a complete disaster.
