Foot Locker Sent My Sneakers to the Wrong Store - I Could Not Cancel It

I ordered from Foot Locker, deciding to pick the sneakers at my neighborhood store as usual. They randomly decided to pick somewhere across the nation for some reason, without even informing me correctly. Everything appeared good, so I missed the change at first; later, I received an email stating my item was ready but at the incorrect location! I discovered they lacked even a basic cancellation policy when I tried to cancel. Besides that, finding a genuine live agent is practically hard. Nothing. I phoned, emailed, even tried the chat. Simply said, this is appalling customer service. To be honest, the entire arrangement seems quite fake. I'm quite let down by Foot Locker and won't be shopping here going forward.
