Foot Locker Refunded My Trainer Order Without Asking and Doubled the Price

Definitely useless experience with Foot Locker. I ordered two pairs of trainers I truly wanted, and suddenly I received an email stating, "as requested, we have issued a refund." I never sought for a return. Getting those trainers made me happy. Today, when I visit the website, the price has literally doubled. They obviously changed the original price and decided to cancel my order only to sell them at full price. To exacerbate things, when I tried getting in touch to customer service, nobody even responded. I emailed, phoned, attempted live chat—nothing. To be honest, they simply show very little concern. Total scam feel. Extremely let down and will not be buying with Foot Locker going forward. They have utterly betrayed my confidence.
