Foot Locker Gave Me a Tracking Number But My Order Never Arrived, No Refund

I ordered from Foot Locker and got a tracking number a few days later, but then things just stopped moving. The tracking info didn’t change, and the package still hasn’t shown up. I contacted Foot Locker customer service, and they just pointed fingers at the courier. They said I had to wait for an investigation to wrap up before they could think about giving me a refund. I'm confused about why I need to handle things with the shipping company when I bought my stuff from Foot Locker. I kept following up with them, but all I got were empty promises of callbacks that never came through. It’s really annoying and disheartening. What should have been an easy order ended up being a total hassle. I'm done ordering from Foot Locker after what happened.
