FliXbus Makes Customers Suffer, Scheduled Rides Won't Work

It was the first company we used for intercity transfers on every European trip. We were even telling everyone about it and recommending it. However, our recent experiences have completely changed my opinion about flixbus. First of all, let me talk about this; While we were traveling from Vienna to Maribor by bus number 885, we were scolded by the driver just because we were there after closing the luggage compartments, even though it was 2-3 minutes before the bus departed. We didn't dwell on it. The real incident took place one day later, on the line from Maribor to Zagreb (14:45 17/07/2024) - for which I bought the tickets long in advance. Approximately 45' before the departure of the bus, an "information" was received that the bus would arrive at the Maribor terminal with a delay of approximately 40 minutes and therefore would be late. This can happen. We've experienced this many times before. That's okay; The bus may sometimes be delayed or depart late. Here's the problem; After we made our plan according to the new departure time of the bus, we saw by chance (this time no "information" was received) that the postponement was canceled and the bus would depart at its normal time. When we saw this, there were 6-7 minutes before the bus departure time and thank God we were close to the bus station. We immediately ran with our suitcases. When we arrived at the bus station, there was 1 or 2 minutes left until the bus departed. We couldn't see the bus. We were relieved. We thought for sure the bus hadn't arrived yet. However, we soon learned that the Flixbus bus heading towards Zagreb had departed. We were there 1-2 minutes before departure time. Either it took off on time from a part of the bus station that we couldn't see, or this is all completely imaginary. The bus left Maribor without waiting for its departure time. I think there is an ulterior motive and that the driver of bus number 885, who did not pick us up from Maribor bus station, deliberately made a delay and then canceled it at the last minute and walked away. I don't know the drivers, I don't know them. But I know Flixbus, I know it. Let Flixbus investigate. Their buses probably have GPS. Also, the bus's entry and exit time at the bus station is probably certain. Why did that driver delay for 40 minutes and then cancel the delay? Why did he not receive notification of cancellation of the delay? And also at what time did he leave Maribor bus station? I want our grievances to be resolved...
