Unsafe and Unethical Experience with Flixbus Sarajevo-Belgrade Trip

Dear Kamil Koç/Flixbus Customer Service,
I recently purchased a ticket under your brand names for a Sarajevo-Belgrade trip, trusting the reputations of Kamil Koç and Flixbus as reliable travel providers. Unfortunately, the journey was marred by numerous safety and ethical issues, causing me significant distress.
At the Istocno Sarajevo Bus Station, I encountered aggressive, intoxicated individuals demanding unjust payments. They charged €2 to open the bus doors and coerced passengers into paying additional fees for luggage. The situation escalated with threats and further demands for money, even when using the restroom. The station staff, including an intoxicated middle-aged man at the information desk, made the environment even more intimidating.
During the trip, no stops were provided, we had to switch buses three times, and the driver’s rude behavior added to the discomfort. The narrow, poorly maintained roads only worsened the ordeal.
This experience has severely impacted my trust in Kamil Koç and Flixbus. A simple Google search of Istocno Sarajevo Bus Station reveals countless similar complaints, tarnishing your brand's reputation. I urge you to investigate this matter, take immediate corrective action, and address the grievances of affected passengers.
I expect a prompt response to ensure such incidents are not repeated. Thank you.
