FlixBus Lost Luggage and Compensation Complaint
Hello, this complaint is about the FlixBus company, in partnership with Kamil Koc. During my journey from Budapest to Warsaw with FlixBus, my luggage was stolen. The bus staff did not provide any documentation, thus refusing to take responsibility for my luggage. When I arrived in Warsaw, I was told to report the issue to the FlixBus office, but the officials did not assist us and directed us to fill out an online form. Despite filling out the form, there has been no progress regarding my luggage. We have repeatedly filled out and submitted the form, and I will initiate legal proceedings against the company and the driver. Due to this bus company, my work has been disrupted, and I have suffered significant financial and emotional damage. I am currently unable to perform any of my tasks because of my losses. I am very sad and cannot focus on anything. As FlixBus, I request your assistance in compensating for my loss.
