FlixBus Cancellation Policy Issue - Excessive Fees and Limited Options

I attempted to cancel my ticket from Rome to Milan via the FlixBus mobile app about 8 hours before my trip. To my surprise, I was informed that a 75% cancellation fee would be applied. Additionally, I found that I could only change the time or date for the same route, with no options to switch to a different destination.
It is frustrating that, worldwide, consumers have the right to cancel services they no longer wish to use, yet FlixBus seems to penalize its customers instead. This situation is difficult to understand, and I feel that the service provided does not reflect the value I expected.
I will be sharing my experience across various platforms to highlight this issue. I urge FlixBus to reconsider its cancellation policies and improve customer service to avoid penalizing travelers who need flexibility. Thank you.
