Flickreels Charged Me After I Cancelled My Subscription

I had a subscription with the Flickreels online drama app, which I cancelled on May 27, 2026. After cancelling, I removed the app from my device and did not give any further consent for renewal. Despite this, on September 13, 2026, Flickreels Short Dram charged my bank account 19.99 USD plus a 0.20 USD fee as a renewal. This payment appears as a pending transaction on my bank statement. Since my account was cancelled months earlier, this renewal and charge are unauthorized. My Flickreels account is registered under the email address horita1**@bellsouth.net. I have already emailed Flickreels support about this issue but have not received any effective response. I also contacted my bank and reported the transaction as fraud. I request that Flickreels immediately stop any current or future charges linked to my account and send me a clear written email confirmation that my subscription is fully cancelled and that no further payments will be taken without my explicit consent.
