FlexTV App Continues Charging Customer's Card After Subscription Cancellation

After downloading the FlexTV app onto my phone and using it for a short time, I purchased only a 1-week package. When I noticed that I was charged for another week without my knowledge after that period ended, I immediately canceled my subscription in mid-June and deleted the app from my phone.

Despite having canceled my subscription, my card continued to be charged. On June 15, a charge of $19 was taken from my card, and on June 22, 2026, another transaction of $39 was made under the name "Lidigo." I possess the bank statement and transaction records for these charges.

Having intended to use this service only briefly and then canceling my membership, having money drawn from my card without my permission has caused me significant financial and personal frustration. I was even forced to block my card for purchases because of this issue.

I demand that all charges made after cancellation be investigated, that the full amount unfairly collected be refunded to my card, and that I be notified in writing that my subscription has been completely terminated in your systems.
