WePlay Support Chat Does Not Resolve Ongoing Ban Problem

On January 7, 2026, after I appealed the ban placed on my phone and my Play account, the ban was lifted. However, when I tried to log back into the game, the system kicked me out and showed that I was banned again. Then, when I attempted to log in using my other accounts, I saw that they were banned at the same time as well.

I exchanged messages with Play support through the in-app chat, but I have not received any positive response, and my issue is still unresolved. I request that my account with ID 822874931 and my other accounts that were banned at the same time be reviewed in detail, that the bans I believe were issued unfairly be removed, and that my account be restored so I can use it normally again.
