I Face Fragile Parts Issue on Flavel Vacuum Cleaner Despite Strong Motor

I purchased a Flavel vacuum cleaner, and while I am satisfied with its motor power and suction performance, the build quality of its parts is extremely poor. The suction is so strong that the vacuum grips the carpet firmly, but unfortunately, the plastic parts cannot withstand this power. Every time I use it on carpets, some part breaks or cracks due to the strain.

I am frustrated by the mismatch between the powerful motor and the fragile components. A vacuum cleaner with such strong suction should be supported by durable, high-quality materials, not weak plastic parts that break under normal use. I did not expect to visit the service center repeatedly to replace broken components after almost every use.

This situation has caused me financial loss and emotional disappointment, as I purchased this product expecting long-term use, not constant repairs. I kindly request that Flavel replace these fragile parts with more durable alternatives or provide a proper long-term solution. Please address this issue urgently and protect your customers from unnecessary repair costs and inconvenience.
