If you’re still being charged after canceling FlareFlow, the first thing to check is whether the cancellation actually went through and on which platform.
Many subscriptions are billed via Apple, Google Play, or PayPal, so canceling inside the app alone may not stop billing unless you cancel it through the original payment provider.
Also verify the cancellation date, because some subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing cycle and may still charge once more before stopping. This is a common reason users see “extra” charges even after canceling.
If the charge is clearly incorrect, contact FlareFlow support immediately with proof of cancellation, as their terms require reporting billing errors within about 30 days.
At the same time, you can request a refund through Apple/Google if billed there, since they handle payment processing.
If charges continue or support doesn’t respond, you can submit your case to Xolvie to encourage a formal response.
